Meg is a proud Northern Michigan native, devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, and mother of two. After serving in the military in 2012, she returned home to the place that shaped her, ready to build a life centered around family, community, and purpose.

In 2015, Meg began her career in property management and quickly discovered what would become her passion: creating meaningful experiences for others. She earned her Real Estate license in 2017 and her Broker’s License in 2025, leading her to found Forever North, a vacation rental company built on care, connection, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

To Meg, hospitality is personal.

As a wife, mother, and local, she understands how important it is to feel truly at home, even when you’re away. That belief is the heartbeat of Forever North. It's more than a business; it's a reflection of how she cares for people, properties, and the communities she loves.

With over a decade of experience and a lifetime rooted in Northern Michigan, Meg has created something intentionally different: a boutique, hands-on approach to vacation rental management that prioritizes quality over quantity. Every home is treated as if it were her own, and every guest experience is thoughtfully curated to feel effortless, comfortable, and memorable.

For homeowners, that means a trusted partner who is deeply invested in protecting and elevating their property. For guests, it means walking into a space that feels warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Whether she’s helping families create lasting memories or guiding homeowners toward success, Meg leads with heart, integrity, and a genuine love for what she does.

Brianna (Bri) is a proud Traverse City native and a devoted mother. She is a Grand Valley State University graduate with degrees in Mathematics and Elementary Education, and she brought her analytical mind and passion for serving others into property management in 2022, where she quickly found her true calling in hospitality.

To Bri, hospitality is deeply personal. She believes that a great stay isn't just about a beautiful space; it's about how people feel when they are there. She thrives on crafting seamless, memorable experiences for guests while offering homeowners a trusted, hands-on partner who treats every property with the utmost care.

Family and community are at the heart of everything Bri does. Surrounded by generations of her own family right here at home, she understands the value of creating warm, welcoming spaces where memories are made. When she isn't managing properties, you'll find her out in the community coaching youth basketball, spending time on the water, catching her husband's bands play around town, and soaking up quality time with her husband and son as they look forward to growing their family in the place they call home.

With her local roots, sharp attention to detail, and genuine love for connecting with people, Brianna brings energy, heart, and unwavering dedication to creating an exceptional boutique experience for every homeowner and guest.

Austin Alexander is the hands-on problem solver behind Forever North and our Maintenance Team Lead & Co-Founder.

With years of experience in contracting, property maintenance, remodeling, and home improvements, Austin is the one keeping our properties safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. From emergency maintenance calls and repairs to property improvements and helping owners bring their visions to life, he is always ready to tackle the next project.

A Navy Veteran, Austin brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine pride in doing things the right way. He and Meg founded Forever North together with a shared vision of creating a boutique property management company built on trust, relationships, and truly caring for the homes and people they serve.

Outside of Forever North, Austin is a devoted husband and proud father of two. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and that same care and dedication carries into the way he treats our owners, guests, and every property entrusted to us.

He's the guy keeping the wheels turning, and we're incredibly lucky to have him.
